DGN Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Speak2Earn program
• Users between 13-17 years old may participate only with verifiable parental consent
• Users under 13 years old are prohibited from using the Platform

• The Platform is not available to residents of countries subject to international sanctions
• Users from restricted jurisdictions as updated on our website are prohibited
• Cross-border data transfer restrictions may limit availability in certain regions

• You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• If acting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind such entity

D-GN reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, add geographic restrictions, implement additional verification requirements, or change participation rules at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice or liability.

The Speak2Earn initiative enables users to contribute voice recordings, facial expressions, and lip-sync data to help build ethical AI training datasets. Contributors may earn points in our reward system and could be eligible for USDT giveaways and $DGN token airdrops, subject to D-GN's sole discretion.

Daily submissions must include: One unique voice recording using AI-generated scripts One facial expression capture One lip-sync video matching provided audio D-GN may modify, add, or remove submission requirements at any time without notice.

All submissions must meet our AI validation criteria for: Audio clarity and authenticity Facial expression richness Lip-sync accuracy Uniqueness (no duplicates or synthetic content) Quality standards and validation criteria may be modified at D-GN's discretion.

Current point structure (subject to change at any time): Base Points: Up to 10 points per valid daily submission Quality Bonus: Up to 5 points for AI-verified high-quality submissions Streak Bonus: Up to 2 points per consecutive day (maximum subject to change) Referral Bonus: Up to 10% of referee's earned points Engagement Bonus: Up to 3 points for helpful community participation Point values, earning rates, bonus structures, and calculation methods are subject to change at any time at D-GN's sole discretion. D-GN may implement point expiration, caps, deductions, or conversion rate changes without prior notice or liability.

Daily distribution: Up to $200 USD equivalent (or as determined by D-GN) among selected participants Weekly total: Variable amounts as determined by D-GN Winners selected through methods determined by D-GN Transaction records may be published at D-GN's discretion Daily distribution amounts, frequency, selection criteria, and payment methods may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at D-GN's sole discretion without prior notice. D-GN reserves the right to pause, modify, or discontinue any reward programs temporarily or permanently for any reason.

$DGN tokens are utility tokens providing access to D-GN ecosystem features Airdrop eligibility based on criteria determined solely by D-GN Tokens are NOT investment securities and carry no profit expectations Future airdrops are not guaranteed and depend entirely on D-GN's discretion D-GN may modify airdrop criteria, amounts, timing, or cancel planned airdrops entirely without notice or liability.

• Participate in community discussions respectfully
• Refer new users through official channels
• Use the Platform for its intended educational and technological purposes

• Submit false, synthetic, or third-party content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or gaming detection
• Create multiple accounts or use automated submission tools
• Engage in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior
• Use the Platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Misrepresent identity or provide false information

• Be suitable for all audiences (no offensive content)
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not contain personally identifiable information of third parties

• Use, reproduce, and distribute your submissions for AI training
• Create derivative works for research and development
• Analyze and process data for bias reduction and model improvement
• Share anonymized data with academic and research institutions

• You retain ownership of your personal data
• D-GN owns aggregated, anonymized datasets created from user submissions
• Individual submissions become part of our training datasets upon submission

All D-GN trademarks, logos, and platform content remain our exclusive property.

• Lawful Basis: Consent for data processing
• Data Minimization: We collect only necessary data
• Purpose Limitation: Data used only for stated AI training purposes
• Storage Limitation: Data retained only as long as necessary
• Right to Access: You can request copies of your data
• Right to Rectification: You can correct inaccurate data
• Right to Erasure: Limited by blockchain immutability (see Section 8.2)

• Transaction records cannot be deleted from the blockchain
• Personal data is stored off-chain with cryptographic hash references on-chain
• Erasure requests are fulfilled by deleting encryption keys, rendering on-chain data unreadable
• We maintain detailed records of erasure procedures for compliance verification

• Data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction for processing
• We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers
• EU users receive enhanced protections under GDPR transfer mechanisms

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address verification
• Enhanced due diligence as determined by D-GN
• KYC thresholds and requirements may be modified at any time.

• Unusual transaction patterns
• High-frequency submissions from single sources
• Multiple accounts with identical submission patterns
• Connections to sanctioned individuals or entities

We reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation.

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation
• Maintenance and updates may temporarily disrupt service

• Point accumulation does not guarantee token airdrops or any rewards
• Reward values may fluctuate or be eliminated based on D-GN's discretion
• Tax obligations for rewards are user's responsibility
• Past reward distributions do not guarantee future distributions

• $DGN tokens are utility tokens, not investment securities
• Token value may fluctuate or become worthless
• Regulatory changes may affect token distribution or utility
• No guarantees of future platform development or token utility

• Submitted data contributes to AI model training with inherent limitations
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from AI model training
• Potential biases in training data may affect model performance

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Platform discontinuation
• Business discretion

• All unpaid rewards may be forfeited
• Data deletion subject to legal retention requirements
• Previous submissions remain in training datasets
• No refunds or compensation for lost points or potential rewards

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

• Initial disputes should be addressed through our support system
• Unresolved disputes subject to binding arbitration in the BVI
• Class action lawsuits are waived where legally permissible

BVI courts have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters.

We may modify these Terms at any time with or without notice via: Platform notifications Email to registered users Website posting For material changes affecting rewards or core functionality, we will endeavor to provide notice, but reserve the right to make immediate changes when necessary. D-GN may apply certain changes retroactively when necessary for legal compliance, security, platform integrity, or business reasons.

Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining Terms remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between parties.

D-GN's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
